Kids Talking Guns

February 21, President Trump, Vice President Pence, Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, and several grieving students and parents sat down and discussed the complex subject of guns and gun control.

Trump, Pence, and DeVos started by thanking each other and the survivors for being there in such a troubling time. Then business began of collaborating the situation at hand.

Most students said relatively similar statements. One story involving a young man by the name of Sam Zeif had texts leaked that had occurred during the hysteria. He had just discovered that he lost his best friend, and realized that his younger brother was in the same class as the teacher who happened to take 12 bullets covering children like Sam’s brother. He texted his brothers, and parents that he loves them all and doesn’t think he’ll be seeing them again. Zeif told Trump and fellow students that their voices will be heard for those whose voices were officially silenced that day.

The colloquy ended with the President thanking the parents and students and saying that he agrees that something does definitely need to be done, and that he fully intends to at least try to make that something happen, as soon as possible.
