Aztec Golf

It has been a rainy week or two. However this hasn’t stopped the BHS Aztec Golf Team! In the past three weeks, the team has found two amazing wins and are looking for another one this week, on Thursday March 22, 2018.

Week One 3/8/18:

The game was long, and as the sun was setting the Aztecs took their first win of the season.

All 6 Barstow player placed in the top 10 in individual scores. In first, Justin Cockrell with 94. In second, Blaine Schiele with 99. Tied in third, Josh Crigler and Andrew Neal, both with 113.

In eighth, Levi Lewis with 123. In ninth, Andrew Russell with 124. They ended the week being in first place overall with 5 points.

Week Two 3/15/18:

The weather was not anyone’s side. The wet and muddy course made it more challenging for all. However the Aztecs were still successful! In fact they also improved their overall score by 25 strokes from week one. 5 Barstow player placed in the top 9 in individual scores. In first, Levi Lewis with 96. In second, Justin Cockrell with 97. In third, Blaine Schiele with 101. In fourth, Andrew Neal with 110. In fifth Josh Crigler with 113. They ended the week, still in first with 10 points.
