Student Spotlight: Student Body President Desire Bryant

You may recognise her voice and outgoing personality from your morning announcements. Desire Bryant is the the definition of an overachiever. Not only is she the student body president but she is also the captain of the Lady Aztecs Varsity Volleyball Team. 

Desiree was declared Homecoimg queen in September. But Desire is not your average homecoming queen. When most people think of a homecoming queen they think popularity but she’s not popular. She chooses to focus more on academics than popularity.  She feels that she represents the school as a different kind of homecoming queen.

What are some qualities/ things you are looking for in the next student body president?

Some qualities/ things that I am looking for in the next student body president is some who is creative, innovative when it comes to the effectiveness of using funds, and is selfless when trying to make an event or activity happen.

What is your favorite part of ASB?

My favorite part of being in ASB is being involved with the school, and just being apart of the events that happen for the school.
