What a World-Right?

What a world we live in, isn’t it amazing, how the sun wakes us up, and how gorgeously stunning the earth is?Well it isn’t for the 15,000 kids who will die a year, no, these kids can’t even walk, or walk, laugh or do anything we know as fun because these children under 5 years old only know the sound of the grumbling stomachs, and the strain of eyes to keep awake. When they go to sleep, that will be their last moments awake, for as they close their eyes, they will be trapped in an eternity of sleep, never to hear their mother’s sweet voice in the morning.

What a world-right?

Aren’t our trees just magical? The way the sun shines through every little leaf, the way raindrops fall and land softly on the leaves, and the way the branches grow from the tree. How strong a tree can be against the deadliest storms that pass through.

Just astonishing right?

These trees can live up to thousands of years if taken care of and not harmed. Yet 7 billion of these magical creations of life are destroyed but bulldozers every year.

Homes of the little critters we all adore like koala’s, and birds are demolished, shade for those traveling in the sun is nowhere to be found, and the best hideouts to play in have disappeared, the land left over is for cities and useless structures to be built.

What a world-right?

“Treat others as you want to be treated” is the golden rule we learn as kids. Amazing way of thinking to make friends right?

So then why is it that people want to be beaten down, shot at, arrested, or even killed for something they didn’t do?

They want to be kidnapped like 12.5 million in the year of 1525? Almost 500 years ago?

That’s what happened and is happening to those who are of a different color, only shades darker, and yet they have the same organs and bodies as those who are lighter. Almost 500 years have passed and prejudice is still in flames around people all over the world, how much longer will it take to be friends with different people?

What a world-right?

There’s a little boy who is 6 years old and loves animals, all of them in fact. He wants to become a veterinarian to help injured and sick animals around the world.

One day his dad takes him to go see these animals at the local zoo, but his heart is thrown and shattered like glass.

Why?

He has just found out that the animals he loves are dying, and the zoo won’t be able to have them brought to the zoo for people to see.

His favorite tiger, the Indochinese Tiger is now no longer alive anywhere else in the world.

Along with the 41, 415 other species, some who get hunted for sport, will soon walk no more.

A sweet 6 year old boy’s dreams to help and learn about these animals are now demolished.
