The University of Oklahoma (OU)

Oklahoma University was founded in 1890. It’s a public research university located in Norman, Oklahoma. OU’s Norman undergraduate population is more than 20,000. Oklahoma offers study abroad opportunities at several locations and OU campuses overseas. There is 170 majors that the University of Oklahoma offers. 

OU was named the top athletics program in 2015. There is many activities that OU offers for the students. There’s concerts and student organizations that are put out for them. The average high school GPA of the admitted freshman class at OU was 3.59 on the 4.0 scale. The school offers 160 master’s programs, 152 baccalaureate programs, 75 doctorate programs, and 20 majors at the first professional level. This school is well-known for its athletic programs. In many of the sports, they have multiple national championships. 

OU is a great college to attend. According to oklahomaman.com, OU has the largest and most comprehensive Student Union. This means there is many areas that students are able to study. Oklahoma State is also America’s healthiest campus. Isn’t that cool to be apart of a healthy campus? I think it’s cool to be able to say that. OU is also the friendliest campus. It’s nice to be able to attend a campus that is so friendly. If anyone is struggling or stressing about having friends in college, OU is the way to go and you’ll have tons of friends!
